"I eat very healthy food"
My daughter, Andi, started asking me if I wanted to come with her to CrossFit. I told her it seemed like it would be too strenuous for me. I decided to give it a try even though I knew it would be challenging. When I went into the class, everything seemed very difficult including jumping rope, but Coach Dom made me feel very comfortable. Together, Judy (my wife) and I have lost 240 pounds. Now I eat very healthy food. I am no longer diabetic. I do not have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. I am not taking any prescription medications. I feel strong and about 20 years younger. I go to CrossFit three or four times a week, and I’m looking forward to playing in a baseball league after 40 years of not playing. I look back at pictures of myself, and I have no desire to go back to the way I was.
