Coach Andrew Pascuzzi has been CrossFitting for five years, and he makes sure that every movement in the gym is done the proper way. But don’t worry – it’s not always serious with Andrew. “The time you spend at the gym should be fun,” he says. “The more fun you have, the more you’ll look forward to coming back, and the more you come back, the healthier/better you’ll be.”
Andrew has played sports all his life, including baseball, basketball, football, soccer, lacrosse, track, softball, golf, hockey, etc. But he’s been hooked on CrossFit since his very first class. “When I was asked if I had any interest in coaching, I jumped at the chance so I could hopefully help others get hooked on CrossFit and everything great that comes along with it: health, fun, friends, and community.”
